ATLANTIC CITY — New Edition, the iconic 80s R & B heartthrob group, will play Boardwalk Hall next spring when the “Legacy Tour” comes to town.
“Few recording artists can attest to a superior 40-year career that stands the test of time, but New Edition can,” Black Promoters Collective CEO Gary Guidry said in a prepared statement. “We are excited about partnering with New Edition to further the legacy of the foundation they have already laid.”
The 30-city tour, which will play the resort on March 18, will also include a New Jack Swing reunion with the original members of Guy—Teddy Riley, Aaron Hall, and Damion Hall — along with Keith Sweat and special guest Tank, the statement said.
